十三、交易(一)

年了，是得买些喜庆的物品，把房子装饰得更像过节的气氛。

    我正在想这今晚是不是该由我下厨，搞搞新意思之际，却见Susana抱着Joyce，笑咪咪地向我走来，把一份报纸丢到我面前：“小虎，你看你，上报纸了！”

    “我？上报纸？”我疑惑地接过那张报纸，靠，英文的，Susanajiejie，你这不是欺负人吗？

    看着一大堆鸡肠，我的头痛又犯了，但一想到我小虎哪能让一个女流之辈看不起呢，尽管是个半女流，于是我抱起字典，硬着头皮一个个单词查着诵读，原来，英文并不是想像中的难：

    正文：In the latest Christmas Eve, My friends and I went to a French restaurant in Richmond for dinner together. It was crowded there, cheering and celebrating, all the people seemed to be waiting for the Santa Claus.

    About eleven o'clock, a man came in, wore a sunglasses, with long hair and in a black overcoat. He undressed his coat and hand it to the waiter at the entrance, then went straightly into the center of the restaurant, looked around through his sunglasses.

    I was interesting in this cool man. It seemed that no one liked wearing such black glasses in such a deep night. At this moment, the cool man approached to a table which surrounded by four Asians, and shouted, "Hey, who's Michael?"

    "Yes? I am. What's up?" one man sat by the table answered.
